Open Training

Do you need extra time to practice that nemesis move? or are you staying in the area and want to visit from another studio? Or do you just want the space to move, condition or explore? Open Training is your self-led studio time – no formal instruction, just you, your equipment, and the freedom to train at your own pace.

Whether you’re reinforcing moves learned in class, building strength with conditioning drills, or piecing together a new combo, this is your time to make progress. Regular, focused practice is key to unlocking aerial and pole skills – and Open Training gives you that extra edge.

What to Expect:
  • 2-hour PAYG sessions – turn up anytime within your slot
  • Cost £10 for the 2hrs
  • You’re in charge of your own warm-up, training, and cool-down
