Aerial Hammocks

Aerial Hammocks gives us the opportunity to dance in the sky!  Where Danni & Annalie are trained in the AntiGravity® Fitness method and Kayla in the Spin City Aerial Hammocks method they bring variety and new styles to classes combining the benefits of aerial activities using yoga shapes, acrobatics and combinations of movement for flow, strength, balance and coordination – all performed in a soft aerial hammock suspended above the ground. Using this suspension technique, you’ll stretch, flip, hang, fly, and flow through movements designed to support and challenge your body in new and exciting ways.

“If you can suspend your disbelief, I guarantee that I can make you feel healthier, happier, and taller in just one session.”

— Christopher Harrison, Creator of AntiGravity® Fitness
